What does the complimentary consultation include?
This would be most useful for someone that is in the early planning stages of travel. We can discuss the different ways I can support you, discuss relevant pricing structures and answer any questions you may have. There is no obligation to work with me following this call.
Can I send my questions to you via email?
Absolutely. I’m always happy to answer any questions via email. However, I believe a brief face-to-face virtual meeting is always a great way to start a new relationship. Please get in touch.
How much does it cost to work with you as my Travel Advisor?
Cost will vary depending on the type of support. Typically, hotel bookings for a specific destination or cruise bookings have no additional cost to you. A mutually agreed planning fee would be charged for more complex itinerary planning or research and group travel planning/bookings.
Is there a minimum amount I need to spend to work with you?
My goal is to work with a diverse spectrum of clients at different price points. I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you and see how I can best help. Much of my revenue is commission-based through travel partners.
What are the benefits of working with you as my Travel Advisor?
Ultimately I’m here to make things easier for you, help you save time and money and provide human support. I can leverage decades of travel experience along with extensive partnership networks when we work together. And with my business model, we can make a difference together.
Isn’t it easier for me to just book online?
It’s great that we have the ability to plan and book travel online. In some cases, this will make more sense. Let’s have a conversation and I’d love to elaborate more on the many benefits of working with me.
Do you specialize in any geographical areas?
I have personally traveled to over 80 countries and I’ve supported travel planning to many unique destinations. A few of my current focus areas are Greece, Portugal and Sri Lanka. I’ve also worked with Backroads, leading biking trips in France.
